I was thinking about ordering from puritywoods.com, but the reviews kind of stopped me. A few of them just sounded too perfect, and some seemed like they were saying the same things in slightly different ways. I don’t know, maybe that means people really liked it, but for some reason it made me trust it less. I couldn’t really figure out which ones were genuine, so I decided not to buy. I just wish there were more reviews that sounded like regular people talking honestly.

I tried Purity Woods through the sample/trial option because I wasn’t ready to commit to a full-size product right away. I do appreciate that they offer that, and the sign-up process was straightforward, which made it easy to give it a shot.

The product itself was okay, but with the small amount I received, I didn’t notice any major difference. Maybe it’s the kind of thing that needs more time to really judge, but I also think companies should be clearer about what results are realistic from a trial size so people know what they’re actually testing.

Shipping took a little longer than I expected, which was disappointing. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just average. I might try it again if there’s another deal, but I’d like to see better communication and accountability around shipping times and what the sample can reasonably show

I’ve ordered this a few times now, and I’ve noticed that every jar feels a bit different. One time the texture was smooth and the smell was nice, but the next order seemed totally different in both texture and scent. It makes it hard to know what to expect when I buy it again.

Then, after sitting there wondering if I had accidentally ordered nothing or maybe ordered twice, I finally got a confirmation way later. But after that, the shipping updates were super unclear, so I was back to guessing again. Just frustrating and more hassle than I expected

I genuinely wanted to like this product, but unfortunately it just wasn’t a good fit for my skin. It seemed to sit on the surface for a really long time, and I kept having that uncomfortable feeling like I needed to wipe my face off.
Even when I used a very small amount, it still left a sticky, shiny residue that transferred onto my pillow and even my hair. For the price, I expected a much better finish, so I’m disappointed and wouldn’t purchase it again.

I do like Purity Woods overall, and the products I’ve tried have been good. Nothing major to complain about on that side, honestly. It’s just that a couple of times I’ve gone back to reorder something I was using, and it was out of stock...

That gets a little frustrating when you’re trying to stick with the same routine and then have to wait around or keep checking the site. The website itself is easy to use, I just wish the availability was a bit more consistent..

I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I pretty much knew right away this wasn’t for me. After using it, my face got red, itchy, and started burning a bit. I gave it two days just to be fair, but that was enough. Had to stop using it

I'm still waiting for it to show up, it hasn't really updated much at all. The tracking barely changed, so I have no idea what's going on with it...

Customer service did eventually get back to me, but of course I had to sit around for a couple days waiting. Once they finally replied, they were helpful enough, so I’ll give them that. I just wish getting a simple response didn’t feel like such a hassle.

The pump does work, so I’ll give it that, but it dispenses unevenly and can get a bit messy. I’m too mentally drained to deal with returning it right now, so I’m just making it work since it’s still usable enough

I tried the suggested routine for a few weeks. It was fine, just a bit much to stick with daily. Not bad, but didn’t wow me either

I really wanted to like this, but the smell hit me as soon as I put it on. It was kinda sweet but also weirdly musty? Hard to explain, but not in a good way. It felt heavy on my skin too, not smooth or nice like I was expecting. I ended up washing it off fast becuase I just couldn't deal with it. Defintely not for me
